Account & Subscriptions

Accounts, imports and switching devices

Do I need an email address to create a VPNZR account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, and keep your login details safe. Use the same account to view plans, access your subscription or submit a support ticket. If you already have an account, log in before proceeding so you can find your orders and subscription in the right place. For account issues, describe what happened through the ticket option in the user panel.

Where can I find my subscription link after purchase?

Log in to the user panel with the account you used to purchase, then find your subscription details in the account overview and follow the import steps for your client. Your subscription link is account information, so avoid sharing it in public chats or on websites. If your client asks you to paste a link, copy the one provided in the panel. If you can’t find your subscription details, check your order and plan status, then contact support through a ticket.

How do I sync routes in my client after updating the subscription link?

Open subscription management in your client, find the imported VPNZR subscription, and use its update or refresh option. Then check the route list to confirm it has reloaded. Refreshing the webpage alone won’t update routes saved in the client; this usually needs to be done in the client itself. If the update fails, make sure you imported the subscription details from the account panel, then check the client’s network permissions and error message.

Do I need to buy another plan to switch devices?

VPNZR allows simultaneous connections on unlimited devices, so changing devices alone doesn’t mean you need to buy another plan. Install a compatible client on the new device, log in to your existing account to access your subscription, and import it as prompted. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Use your own account details. If you’re still using the original device, you can check the route selection and connection status on each device separately.

Connections & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot connection and app settings

My client says it’s connected, but webpages won’t load. What should I do?

Try other webpages to see whether the issue affects one site or all browsing. Then switch to another route in the client and reconnect. Check that your system’s network is working and that the client has the network permissions it needs. If switching routes fixes the issue, it may be related to the original route or the destination site. If no routes work, note the error shown in the client and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Why isn’t an app using the selected route?

Check the client’s connection mode and routing rules first. Some modes only route traffic that matches specific rules, while other apps continue using your local network. Make sure the app is included in the client’s proxy coverage, then reopen it and test again. If your browser works but the app doesn’t, check app routing, system permissions and the app’s own network settings before assuming the entire route is down.

How can I troubleshoot a format error when importing my subscription?

Make sure you copied the complete subscription details from the user panel, not the plan page or login page URL. Check that no spaces, line breaks or other text were added before or after the link. Also confirm that you chose subscription import in the client, rather than manual setup for a single route. If the format error persists, try another import method offered in the panel and submit the exact error message in a support ticket.

I still can’t connect after switching routes. What should I try next?

Disconnect first, then try a route in another region or with a different route type so the client doesn’t keep using the old connection. Update the subscription in the client, check your system clock and local network, and note the exact error message. If you can’t connect to routes in multiple regions, include your platform, the client’s error message, route type and troubleshooting steps in a support ticket. Don’t share your subscription link publicly.

Speed & Routes

Compare performance for your needs

How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?

Choose a destination region based on what you want to access, then compare route types. IEPL and relay routes may suit situations where connection stability is a priority; direct routes provide a useful comparison. Actual performance depends on your location, network and destination service. Don’t judge speed by the route name alone: test familiar websites, video playback or work apps on the same device and network, then choose the route that works best for you.

Videos buffer during peak hours. What can I adjust?

Pause other downloads or sync tasks that are using your network, and check that your local connection is stable. Then try different route types in the same destination region, or choose another route that suits your location and the content region. Reopen the video after each switch to compare results. Streaming source quality and playback settings also affect performance, so judge by actual playback rather than a single speed test.

Which route region should I choose for AI tools?

First, check that the tool supports the region you want to use, then select a VPNZR route in that region. Test both the tool’s sign-in page and its working interface—a page loading doesn’t guarantee that later requests will succeed. If requests stall or time out, keep your account and device unchanged and try another route for comparison. Follow the tool’s published information for account status and regional availability.

Why does the same route perform differently on different devices?

Devices may use different local networks, client settings, routing rules or background tasks, so the same route may not perform identically. For troubleshooting, connect the devices to the same local network, then check that the subscription is up to date, the same route is selected and the apps are all using the client. Compare one setting at a time to make the cause easier to identify. If needed, include your test results in a support ticket.

Billing & Refunds

Plans, billing and order support

What monthly plans are available, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the day your plan starts. Choose a plan based on your usual video streaming, file transfers and everyday browsing. The plans page lists each option; check the user panel for your account’s subscription status and remaining data.

What happens to the cost if I upgrade my monthly plan partway through?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Before proceeding, check your current plan and the option you’re considering in the user panel, then review the order details. If you only need extra data occasionally, compare this with the pay-as-you-go-until-used-up data add-ons to see which billing option better suits your usage. Your user panel shows the actual order status for your account.

Do data add-ons expire, and what sizes are available?

Data add-ons remain valid until used and never expire. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They’re a separate option from monthly plans, where data resets each month on the plan’s start date. If your usage varies, compare the two billing options and check the plan details in the panel. To check how much data you’ve used after purchase, view your subscription in the original account.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

VPNZR accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. VPNZR offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request one, log in to the account used for purchase, open a ticket from the user panel, and include the relevant order and refund request so it can be reviewed. Read the refund terms in the Terms of Service before submitting your request. Don’t post payment details or subscription links on public pages; discuss order-related matters through a ticket in your account.
