VPNZR Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNZR. Before using the service, please review its scope, account rules, and refund arrangements. By activating or continuing to use the service, you agree to use its features under these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Service Scope
VPNZR provides routes, protocol options, and client access for cross-border access and visiting international websites. Available routes include direct connections, relayed connections, and IEPL dedicated lines. The options available at any given time are shown in the service interface. Coverage includes 110+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Connection performance may vary by location, network environment, and destination service. The route list does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website.
Included traffic and the usage period depend on the selected plan. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before purchasing, check the traffic allowance and applicable billing method.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for subscription use, route connections, and order activity under their account. If you discover unauthorized account use, submit a ticket through the user panel promptly so it can be reviewed.
The service allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time for the account holder's own devices. This does not permit reselling or renting out an account, subscription credentials, or route access, or sharing them with others to provide a separate service. Do not publish subscription information or embed it in distribution channels intended for others. Users concerned are responsible for risks arising from such account use.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and where they access the service, and are responsible for activities initiated through the service. Routes must not be used for unlawful purposes, including infringing others' rights, distributing illegal content, committing fraud, or causing harm to networks, systems, or other users. VPNZR provides network connectivity and does not endorse or approve third-party content accessed by users.
Third-party websites, applications, and platforms have their own terms of use. Users must follow those terms and assess the legality and suitability of content for themselves when accessing these services. Changes to third-party features, regional policies, and access restrictions are outside VPNZR's control.
Availability and Liability
Connection quality may be affected by factors such as the local network, device configuration, route load, upstream links, and the status of the destination service. VPNZR may change available connection options for maintenance, troubleshooting, or route adjustments, and will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services. However, uninterrupted connections are not guaranteed, nor is every route suitable for every purpose.
If you experience connection issues, first check your client configuration, try another route, and submit a ticket through the user panel describing the issue. For third-party service failures, problems with a user's device or local network, and interruptions beyond VPNZR's reasonable control, VPNZR accepts liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude any user rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
Users may stop using the service at any time. If an account is used for resale, sharing access, unlawful activity, or conduct that seriously disrupts other users' connections, VPNZR may, as appropriate, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate the service, and will handle any outstanding orders in light of the circumstances. VPNZR may provide relevant explanations through the user panel before or after taking action. Matters subject to legal requirements will be handled under applicable law.
VPNZR may update these terms when the service scope or usage rules change, and will publish the revised content and update date on the website. Users should review any changes before continuing to use the service. For significant changes that affect existing subscriptions, VPNZR will provide a notice through the service interface. Revisions do not affect rights users have already acquired under applicable law.
Refund Rules
A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment, with no reason required. To apply, submit the relevant order details through the ticket portal in the user panel so the payment and request records can be checked. Refunds are processed based on the original order and the procedures of the applicable payment channel. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied when submitting a request.
This commitment applies to the first payment. Subsequent purchases, upgrades, and other orders are handled according to the relevant order details, the terms in effect at the time, and applicable law. If you have questions about a statement or refund status, you can add information to the same ticket to avoid difficulties caused by duplicate requests.
