Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNZR handles data related to accounts, orders, and website use when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions and operating this website. Route usage records and account management records are separate data categories, as explained below. Before using the service, please also read our Terms of Service.
Data We Collect and How We Use It
You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. VPNZR processes usernames and the information needed for account authentication to identify accounts, maintain login sessions, and prevent unauthorized account activity. If you choose to provide an email address for service updates, it is used only for relevant notifications and account communications. Not providing an email address does not affect your ability to create an account using the available registration method.
When you start or change a subscription, the system retains your plan selection, order status, payment result, and related data usage records to deliver the subscription, display account details, reconcile payments, and handle refund requests. Website analytics help us understand how pages are used and troubleshoot site issues; they are not used to build records of the international websites users visit. When you submit a support ticket, the details you provide and subsequent replies are used to handle that ticket. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue.
International Routes and No-Logging
VPNZR follows a no-logs policy for route usage. We do not record which websites users visit, the content they access, or communications transmitted through our routes, and we do not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Subscription status and data usage records in an account are used for billing and service delivery; they are not browsing history.
Route issues may need troubleshooting, but this does not require long-term retention of personal connection logs. Troubleshooting details users choose to share through support channels are handled as ticket information. Before submitting, please check that they do not contain anything you do not wish to share. The no-logs scope described in this policy does not include account, order, or ticket information users choose to provide.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, language selection, and essential interface preferences, so these settings remain in place as you move between pages. Website analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. These storage technologies are not used to record websites accessed through international routes.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to sign in again or reset saved page preferences. Before leaving a shared device, we recommend signing out of your account in the user panel and clearing browser data as needed.
Payments and Sharing of Information
We support Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party service. Information needed to complete an order is shared according to the payment method selected. VPNZR receives the payment result needed to confirm the order; this policy does not replace the payment provider's own privacy policy. Please review the relevant provider's information before choosing a payment method.
Information needed to process orders, provide subscriptions, and respond to user requests may be handled by service providers responsible for those tasks. VPNZR does not share route browsing history with payment providers because this service does not record such history. Account information is not used for unrelated purposes except where necessary to provide the service, meet applicable obligations, or handle user requests.
Retention, Access, and Deletion
Account information is retained while the account is in use. Order and payment results are retained for as long as needed to manage subscriptions, reconcile payments, address refund disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Ticket information is retained while requests are handled and for any necessary follow-up. Because these data types serve different purposes, a single retention period cannot describe them all. When the purpose has ended and continued retention is unnecessary, the relevant information will be deleted or de-identified. Route browsing history and connection logs are not part of these retained records.
You can view available account and order information in the user panel. To access, correct, or request deletion of other personal information, submit a request through the support ticket portal in the user panel. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request to prevent action by someone else. Records related to pending orders, refunds, or applicable obligations may need to be retained until those matters are resolved. We will notify you of the outcome through the ticket.
Policy Updates
VPNZR may revise this policy if service processes, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. We will also provide a notice in the user panel if there is a significant change to data processing purposes or user choices. We recommend reviewing the latest version before submitting information or continuing to use the service. If you have questions about a revision, you can submit a ticket through the user panel.
